Honourable Ablakwa had the great pleasure to present the signed agreement and instrument of acceptance to His Excellency Dr. S. Jaishankar at the end of his Official Visit to Ghana, at the Nkrumah Mausoleum, on Wednesday, 7th October, 2026.
