LIBREVILLE, May 3 By Seth Yeboah
Ghana’s President, John Dramani Mahama, has joined global leaders in Libreville for the inaugural Libreville International Forum for Innovation and Development.

Held under the patronage of Gabonese President Brice Clotaire Oligui Nguema, the forum brings together Heads of State, investors, and tech experts under the theme: “Political Stability, Business Climate, and Artificial Intelligence: Catalysts for Growth.”

The event doubles as the inauguration of the new Omar Bongo Ondimba Congress Centre and is intended to promote Gabon as a regional hub for innovation and investment.

A key outcome will be the Libreville Declaration, focusing on governance, transparency, and digital integration. President Mahama, known for championing public-private partnerships for inclusive growth, is among the high-profile participants.
